Very nice location and about 18 minute walk to Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa. Great room with kitchenette and Washer. Pool area needs work and Jacuzzi was not working while there. Free underground parking. Wifi is good. Good value for $ spent. Will come again. View of Canal rooms is very nice as well.

Nice staff, including a man named Arab. Otherwise my room was extremely dusty, the energy did not feel clean. Definitely not 5 star hotel. It is more of a motel vibe. Not good if you have high quality standards. It is not clean.

When I arrived and checked in to the hotel I was told that the pool was under maintenance. But they had a solution and it would be for me to take a cab to another hotel 10 minutes away and they will of course pay the taxi back and forth. Nothing else was told and informed. Said and done during my days I do around 10 trips to the other hotel with a functioning pool. The very un-service-minded guy that handled the checkout told me I had to pay for the breakfast (one day). I then explained we can erase the 10 rides I’ve done back and forth to the other hotel for being able to use a pool (which i was not informed didn’t work prior to my arrival) since it will be a lot more than the breakfast fee. But to avoid paybacks back and forth I told him let’s say we’re even, and wanted to show pictures on the receipts. He’s then stating that I need all the original copy’s to be able to get anything from him. Which of course is not fair since it wasn’t communicated before. What I asked for was not the money back either, just to simply remove one breakfasts fee that he was about to charge me for. On top of that the breakfast I had, was at the end of the breakfast time and there was almost nothing left to eat. Of course this guy should not work with service, specially not at a hotel more than three stars. One other thing that was extremely frustrating was the elevators. How can it be acceptable that a hotel has 4 elevators and none working properly… for me it’s not acceptable

The worst experience ever, firstly the hotel shouldn’t be 5 star, 3 star services and condition, paid for the 48sqm room/apt but deliberately the receptionist gave us the smallest room in the world of 12sqm, it was sorted when i complained about it, awful breakfast and we were the only ones in the breakfast area, advertised as buffet but there was nothing in the restaurant, we had to chase the staff to serve us the BF which was already paid for and wait for 40mints to be served, this was the last time ever i am using Damac services as its only the name they are selling when services are just waste of money, definitely will not be going there back and wouldn’t recommend unless until you want to spoil your holiday and waste the money

Don’t believe the pictures ,,,,the hotel is below standard very average 3 star hotel ,,,the beds are uncontrollable the black out in the rooms is useless as soon as the sun rises the you feel you are sleeping by the pool . The area is so disappointing all you see is towers and the constructions noise stars at 6 o’clock in the morning also the boats noise in the canal is so bad,,,,

Everything was great, except tye TV system, very annoying in regards to where the IP system is installed, yiu have to be very cl9se to the TV and at a specail angel for it to work (and sometimes not even then)
