The room was very very cold, even putting the tempreture up to 31 degrees inside the room, the aircon doesnt heat up, the engineer cane and swirched of the full aircon system to the room still it wouldnt heat up the room

Good but A bit below expectations for Dusit chain

Good overall but a few different points annoying : -Not taking into account Gold Status . - when we ask some amenities to the room, it never came.. - bathroom not to the standards of Dubai ( my room was for people with reduced mobility) -swimming pool/ sauna closing too early - Gym pretty basic This said bed was very confortable and WiFi perfect
