In dining service very very poor. Manager apologetic. FD check in very very very poor. Knowledge of booking conditions very very poor. Empathy of the FD staff during check in with a baby was zero. We had an awesome time at One and Only, The Palm. The hotel is immaculate, absolutely beautiful and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. A special mention to our host Delly and the bell staff Faruk, Abdul and Rahul - these just name a few but all the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. One of the best, luxury resort in Dubai

I can’t but say positive things about this beautiful One & Only The Palm resort. Everything was well thought, service extremely attentive and positive, as well the atmosphere is just very tranquil.

This was the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. The service was unbelievable. The staff were amazing and their attention to detail was incredible. Jahirul and Farouk were fantastic. I highly recommend anyone looking for an ultra luxurious experience to stay here.
