Ideal low price apartment
We had a great stay, exactly as expected for the price we paid. There were a couple of things that needed replacing or fixing and they were done straight away. The cleaning and standard of hotel could have been better but we weren't paying 4 or 5 star price. Very satisfied overall.

I wont say it wasn't a pleasant experience but not certainly the best either. Quality has gone way too low! Beds, bedsheets, washroom, cleanliness, car parking.. its a good budget hotel though.
Please don't waste your money. It's rubbish hotel I came across.

bien placé!
attention chambres pour 2 personnes et non pour 4, nous avons eu la surprise en arrivant, du coup camping pendant 10 jours avec nos enfants sur un matelas!
very old hotel and there is only 1 staff for check in guest. A lot of people at the lobby with luggage either waiting to be checked in or for someone to bring their luggage to the room. No towel inside room. Have to ask from the staff before given the towel. The condition of the facilities is very bad.
The hotel was appalling. The room was very dirty, the toilet flush and the bathroom tap were broken. The room was changed to another room but the bathroom was still filthy and fittings were falling apart. The Hotel simply needs to be decorated throughout and in some cases requires a thorough refit. Will not be staying there again (and nor will my family).
Excellent location and very convenient
Very helpful staff. Gym needs some work though

This is one experence that I will never forget, the Hotel star ranking dont even get close to the reality of the service, facilities and standards that need to be met.
The Hotel for starters has a very poor customer service from the service desk to room service, the place is so disgusting and dirty that feels like you are in a hostel in a third world country that only cost $10.00 per night. The bathrooms are full of mold and hair, floors are so greasy that I cannot begin to describe the level of lack of attention to sanitary conditions and cleaningness.
The Hotel it self is old and has a lack of maintenance and upkeep. The entire facility has a smell of feet in combination to curry and other spices that makes it a terrible choise for accomodation.
For the cost I regret not to pay the extra $10.00 dollars for another place that I knew from the past, this place is so terrible that I stayed in my room with my wife and we checked out wothin six hours. Personnaly this place is not even close to a one star accomodation save your money and take it from me this is not the best place to stay in the area.
Additionally if you want to use the swiming pool and sauna make sure you bring a bottle of chlorine since there is filth all the way around, what an awful experience for me and my wife.
Ramee hotel apartment is an excellent place to stay and spent some relaxing days. Hotel staff are extremely professionals. Hotel has all facilities including swimming pool, sauna and gym. Rooms are very clean and decorated with addition of providing kitchen utensils. My kids and wife really enjoyed stay at hotel.
Can really NOT recommend this place. The manager at the counter does not understand the meaning of service, and was among other things unable / unwilling to mark the location of the hotel on the map, would not help us order a taxi when we were late for a meeting and when we asked if they could change the broken lightbulbs in the room / replace broken shower fixtures / clean the bathroom and remove black mold / remove moldy food in the microwave from previous guest (the room smelled moldy upon arrival, we found out some of the reasons why), they did not - over the full week we stayed with several kind reminders. I understand why they have a no-refund policy..
** If you have the option of booking elsewhere, I recommend you do so **
(I'm really not that picky and have backpacked my way around, but there has got to be better alternatives even on a shoestring budget)
fan, hair dryer, safe out of order,, no towels in room, they gived me no towels had to fight to become one, dirty towel from floor was put on the place again, I slept one week under a cover without sheets, I don't know who else used that. They was very impolite, manager was never there for me to speak , if you go from European country there better pay more for a hotel with employees the understand you and management that doesn't suck.
I stay 8 night and already from arrival, things was not good, came to the room, dirty, bad smell and no towels, when ask for towels, they provide one ! - had to ask for more one. The fully equipped kitchen was near empty, asking for a soup plate, spoons, the spoon etc takes 24 hours and request 4 times ! had to ask for bath gel, shampoo etc every day. Room was as I will say "well used" and things does not work, power to stove, refrigerator and Microwave was out, first when I found the fuse myself, I know where to go and fix it when it stop working (which it does when air condition went on) One thing was OK, the roof swimming pool was the only positive thing (except those days where the hotel had rent out the area for swimming course for kids, so guests had no possibility to use the facilities) The hotel is located about 30 meter from a Mosque witch is good for those guests who need a early wake up, but for the rest, it was a nightmare - precise 5 AM there was call for pray, the most interesting was, that it was about 2 - 3 min, and then they give us precise 25 min to fall sleep before they start again about 15 - 20 minutes, and very loud ! on top of that, after 6 days the fire alarm went on early morning, no information at all, a call to reception say "yes a fire, wait in room one hour" - stay on 6 floor and no idea whats going on ! well, I will not say "don't stay in this hotel" but if a friend of me would ask, then I would say "stay away" for others ENJOY YOUR STAY
This has to be one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. To qualify that I have been traveling for 30+ years and have stayed in all kind of hotels from Asia, South America to Africa.
Besides the rooms being filthy dirty and grimy, it smelled like an animal had died in the wall and been left to rot. Perhaps the worst part comes when you try to sleep, which is of course why one needs a hotel in the first place. Because the hallways have no carpeting on them, and the doors of the rooms are solid wood, it makes a sound like a canon being fired when they are shut. The canon sound then echoes through the building. Even those that try to be quite still make enough noise to wake a bear in hibernation.
I was booked for two nights but left after the first even though it cost me the loss of the second night's charge. I left much more exhausted than when I arrived but at least happy to be leaving the hotel.
NEVER AGAIN!
