Everything was great . I had an amazing stay. The staff were very polite and helpful all the way from the time I arrived to departure . The rooms were great .. only issue was the bathrooms are a little tight and sometimes the hot water changes to extreme hot and cold while showering

The hotel is conveniently located with a very pleasant view by the canal, Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are good, linen is clean, well ventilated and thermostats work well. The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are great , except the bathrooms are a little tight) . The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the food options are great. Breakfast had an amazing variety. What stood out was the service by 2 of the staff. First was Paul , we believe he is a manager. He stopped and asked us if we need Ed help as we waited for the front desk. We took a chance to see if the hotel may have a spare lanyard we could browse to save our phone for a trip. He went looking and got us one. The next person is Zeeshan. Zeeshan always has a smile on his face and very helpful at the restaurant.

Staff were very helpful could not do enough for you, rooms very clean &. comfortable My one issue was in regards to Risen the coffee shop at times there appeared to be no staff in one instance I had to help myself to a menu then approach a staff member to order my meal.

The hotel’s location is excellent—you can easily walk to the Lusail Food Arena and the ocean. The property itself is luxurious, clean, and well maintained. However, the service could use improvement. On a cold night, it felt like the heater in our room was not working. We contacted the front desk multiple times requesting assistance and an extra blanket, but unfortunately no one followed up. The bellman, Hamza, on the other hand truly stood out. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and was the only staff member who showed genuine care and attentiveness during our stay

Room was nice big and clean. Bathroom was very small and very poorly designed. Faucet in the sink was leaking and not repaired. Shower door was also leaking and a small bathroom area got flooded every time we showered. Breakfast was good. You have to take Taxi for wherever you want to go. Nothing is walkable.
