Multiple emails with various information made the process confusing. Upon arrival, there are no directional signs in the parkade to find the assigned spot which is not in the main parkade and dark due to sensor lights. There are multiple coded doors in the parkade. We had no instructions on which door and we weren’t provided a code. When we called, we were told to send a photo of where we were located. We did and only heard back 3 hours later. The second bedroom bed should be replaced. The ensuite shower is small. Clear instructions should be provided for the water heater and broken knobs be replaced. This is not a common system so clear instructions should be left or replaced all together. The all-in-one washer dryer did not dry, probably due to it not having an external vent, again instructions on how to use the unit and how to empty the reservoir if it has one. Dish towels and dish cloths should be provided. A coffee maker, tea strainer should be provided. The empty picture hooks and what frames were on the wall were just that, frames with the manufacturer matting with no pictures, gives it a ghetto type feeling. More towels should be provided. I would recommend you have an onsite host meet vacation renters to eliminate some of these issues. The location is good with surrounding amenities. Easy to get to airport. It would be great to have more than one set of keys as well.
