Welcome to our wonderful family home in Swords. If you want to explore Dublin and prefer a quieter part of Dublin as your base, this is the perfect property for you. It has everything you need to access the city and all it offers but also close proximity to the airport.
The Space:
This very spacious home is perfect for a family. The downstairs consists of a large kitchen and dining room. There is a very comfortable separate living room. It has an extra srating area which is set up to enjoy the garden view. It has lounging furniture and provides a really good area for entertaining. It has a small downstairs bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 large bedrooms and a separate office room. It has plenty of space for a large group of guests.
Guest Access:
The guests have full access to the entire property.
The Neighborhood:
Swords is a beautiful area of Dublin. It offers so much in itself but is so accessible to every part of Dublin. You have the Pavillion Shopping Centre which offers everything you may need. You have beautiful parks to enjoy, (Newbridge, Malhide Park, Saint Anne's Park) You can easily go to Malahide, Skerries and Howth, (lovely beach areas and picturesque parts of Dublin).
Getting Around:
The house is very well situated: close from the airport:
- 12 minutes drive (14-17 euros for a taxi)
- 28 min with the bus 41 (350m from the house)
You have a lot if amenities all around the house, you can easily walk everywhere.
