Todella kiva ja siisti asunto loistavalla sijainnilla. Isäntä erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen. Mainio pieni puutarha parilla tuolilla, pöydällä ja aurinkovarjolla varustettuna. Lähikauppa 100 metrin päässä ja bussit kulkee 100 metrin päästä. Silti todella rauhallinen ja hiljainen naapurusto.
