Had a great stay here! The host was really nice and helpful, and gave me lots of good recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and getting around Dubrovnik. The location is 20 minutes from the Old City and within walking distance of plenty of beaches, shops, and restaurants. I was travelling solo and felt very comfortable here. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for solo travellers!

Great view and friendly owner. Clean room/towels/bedding if a little tired. Very good location with beaches and bars/restaurants all an easy walk. Booked a room with terrace but the terrace is not private, it is communal to the property. Good for the cost. We would stay again

Guesthouse Cuk was reasonable for our stay. Accompanied by excellent hosting from our host Slav who showed us a good tour of Dubrovnik and where was best to visit. He went the extra mile as a host. 😊

The owner and his wife couldn’t have been more accommodating. Slavka spent so much time giving us local information that was really helpful. He even gave us a list to Dubrovnik one day so he could show us where to get the bus if we wanted to go again. Property is fine, clean, tidy and the amenities you need and nothing you don’t. Access to a guest kitchen which meant we could cook dinner after long day’s sightseeing. Outdoor space to sit, eat and watch the boats and the world go by. I can sometimes be a bit awkward in a guest house but we didn’t even feel that from the second we met Slavla and his wife. Location of the property is great, short bus ride to Dubrovnik, 2euros per adult each way if you buy in advance or 2.50 euros if you pay on the bus. Supermarket on the doorstep opens from 7 till 10 and it’s a fifteen minute walk to the edge of the bay. It’s rocky but peaceful. Or you can walk around to Downtown. Recommended, were two adults, one child.

Great location

We had a great stay. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the various beaches, supermarkets and the old town. Our room was spacious and the shared kitchen was really helpful. The terrace looking out to the harbour was beautiful too. Totally recommend staying here.

Really good value in pricy Dubrovnik - good room with adjecent bathroom. Near to bus for old town, short work round the coast for a small beach, pleasant walk around the marina to /from ferries and bus station. Cooking facilities and lovely terrace overlooking the bay. Friendly welcome from staff

Property rented out by very nice couple. The husband made sure to save me a parking spot using his car which I appreciated. AC worked great, room was clean, & close to shops/restaurants. The owner made sure to brief me on the area & gave me a map with notes. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly helpful host who lives in the property as a family home. Clean comfortable room and bathroom, amazing views over the water and just a few minutes away from a swim! No breakfast included but it was easy to pop up to the local shop for coffees and we sat out on the terrace watching the boats and ferry traffic. The property is a little tucked away for east location at first but very close to a bus stop and in a lovely part of the town.

Nice quiet guest house some way from town but accessible by bus. Kitchen facilities are very basic and could be vastly improved with little effort. Fresh mandarins from their tree was a great treat. Host gave good information on the area.

Room was small, but comfortable. The common area outside was really beatiful and convenient. Also possible to cook and enjoy breakfast along with view to the sea and the bridge. Neighbour kids were loud sometimes. Area felt safe.

Rude Host but clean and great view

The host was rude when we arrive at 9:30am because It seems she was at sleep and we only wanna know where we can leave our lugagge until check in time. They never ask our names, or anything. The place was clean but it was like she does not like us there. The room is in the down stairs of their home. Great view.

Parking in Dubrovnik is a major issue. Although we had ability to park on-site, other guests had to be so tight in proximity that we were blocked in until owner could get another guest to move for us the next morning. Room was quiet, comfortable and clean. A bit strange arrangement for shower, that did not allow curtain to close off part of cabinet area behind it. Water heater empties fast, so be prepared to be quick! Owner very positive and helpful, offering to drive us where we needed because of car blockage. Small market only a few blocks walk away. Wonderful outside patio area and views, with common kitchen area for dishes, microwave and supplies. Nice place and would stay again!

This accommodation was not only beautiful, but the owner was extremely helpful. It was just a short walk to the beach, supermarket and market. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were even lucky enough to be driven into the Old Town after our stay. Highly recommend.

Clean and spacious room. Location was nice especially for the price, easy access by bus to the Old Town. Supermarket nearby as well as the port. Personnel was really welcoming and great. There is a kitchen for basic needs, and fridge in the room. Would stay again.
