This property has a great location inside Old Town. Sort your parking in advance if you drive. The nearby old town parking is 100€ per day. Park further out for much less (25€ per day) and uber to the old town. As for the physical property - our room did its basic job and gave us an air-conditioner place to sleep and shower. However there was a large moldy water stain in the ceiling above the shower. The entire lobby and stairwell smelled of mildew. The bathroom mirror appeared to have some kind of old crust in one corner. We reserved on Expedia for 3 people in 1 room but somehow they only had 2 on the reservation. The staff did accommodate by setting up a folding bed. However my friend who slept on it was afraid of falling thru it in the night because the slats holding the mattress on the frame kept falling off.

Nice hotel, right in the lively center of Old Town

Nice hotel, right in the lively center of Old Town. Very convenient for local attractions, as well as a few minutes walk for a meeting point for most tour operators. Easily accessible after-hours. Breakfast isn't served until 0800, so too late if your catching most morning tours. Skip the pre-paid breakfast.

You get what you pay for!

This is a pretty sketchy spot run by sketchy people, so be careful! Definitely felt like an old hotel and not super safe. However, the location is great as it’s right in the middle of Old Town and convenient to most areas you would want to visit.

Run for the hills, stay away at all costs!

I booked this place for our last night in Dubrovnik based on location, price, and the promise of breakfast included. Big mistake. When we arrived, the room wasn't even ready because it was being “cleaned”—but once we got in, it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The entire property is in terrible shape. The room reeked of horrific mold and humidity. Everything was covered in dust—nightstands, bed frame, under the bed. The sink had no soap, and this was the only place we stayed at in Croatia that didn’t even provide shower gel. The shower design is bizarre and floods the floor. The hairdryer barely worked. The air conditioning was useless, we had no remote, everything is old and in poor condition, the room was boiling. As for the bed: I requested a queen and got two tiny beds pushed together, both uncomfortable with awful mattresses. The ceiling had holes, the towels were like sandpaper, the sheets had holes, and we ran out of toilet paper. The included “breakfast” was stale bread and cold cuts—nothing fresh or appetizing. It was clear the owners do not care at all about the condition of this place or the experience of their guests. RUN FOR THE HILLS. This property is falling apart and is absolutely not worth it. I would never stay here again.

This is not a 5 star hotel so dont expect 5 star services especially for price and location in Dubrovnik. Main Pro is that the hotel is in the one of the best locations in the city. Walking distance to all the main attractions. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Con: no daily room service and be sure to have all your toiletries including shower gel. Rooms could be improved to look better. For example the curtains were torn and I had to pin them at night to close completely. Other than that I would recommend only if youre not looking for 5 star services.

Do not recommend this place

We stayd for to nights. The room it self had many flaws. The aircon did not work, the Internett was on and off all the time. There was a lamp hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom, and no airflow out of the bathroom. This lead to a wet bad smell in a warm room. We had breakfast included, but this was not ready when we went out 0930. We later got compersation for this after we went and exprested us, witch was ok, but still. The room was not clean, we found bugs. And when we were about to leave a huge cockroach was running over the room. The acommedation is on top of a bar, so there is high music until around midnight and you can hear that very well in the room Do not recommend this place at all.

Este alojamiento es lo menos parecido a un hotel. Es un edificio antiguo sin modernizar y sin mantenimiento. No tienen servicio de habitaciones. De las tres noches que estuvimos allĂ­,no hubo ni un dĂ­a que nos hicieran limpieza, tampoco nos hicieron las camas. Los techos estĂĄn llenos de goteras, se sale el agua del lavabo, desconchones en los azulejos del baño. La "recepciĂłn" es una barra de bar llena de vasos sucios. Huele a tabaco, etc. Lo Ășnico positivo es que estĂĄ muy cĂ©ntrico. Por todo lo demĂĄs no se lo aconsejo a nadie.

The location is wonderful. A short walk from the Pile Gate, not far up a side street. Customer service was not great. They wanted to put me in an annex for one of my two nights and didn’t understand that I couldn’t switch rooms the next day because I would be on a tour all day. There was little attempt to understand, and I had to figure out an alternative for them so that I was in the same room for my stay.

J'ai eu quelques hĂ©sitations avant de rĂ©server, au vu des nombreux feedbacks. J'ai cependant, et Ă  regret, fait confiance en pensant que seuls les clients trop exigeants laissaient un avis nĂ©gatif. C'Ă©tait un tort ! Hormis la position de "l'hĂŽtel" +++, tout le reste est Ă  fuir!! Le bĂątiment est vĂ©tuste. Les espaces d'accueil (rĂ©ception, salle de dĂ©jeuner) minuscules, Ă  peine identifiables. Pas d'ascenseur. La chambre attribuĂ©e, bien que spacieuse, sentait
 le pourri !!! TrĂšs fort. Pas occupĂ©e depuis des lustres ou pas ventilĂ©e ? Une propretĂ© plus que douteuse. La clim : non fonctionnelle et au vu des traces++, pas entretenue depuis des annĂ©es. Odeur insupportable. Pas vu non plus aucune alarme (type incendie) dans la chambre. La sdb, et pour un Ă©tablissement affichant 4*: 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette mis Ă  dispo, aucun Ă©chantillon douche/shampooing ; pour seul Ă©lĂ©ment de toilette un bocal savon touchant Ă  sa fin, des moisissures partout autour du lavabo et de la douche, un abattant wc cassĂ©. Rebutant... TV: s'est allumĂ© mais n'a jamais fonctionnĂ©. Aucun accĂšs. RĂ©ception: ok Ă  mon arrivĂ©e, mais le reste du temps, personne. J'ai croisĂ© durant le sĂ©jour un client dĂ©sespĂ©rĂ© qui avait rĂ©servĂ© et dont la clĂ© laissĂ©e Ă  dispo ne permettait pas d'accĂ©der Ă  sa chambre. Personne Ă  la rĂ©ception, personne qui ne lui rĂ©pondait sur tel ni whatsapp. MalgrĂ© sa situation centrale, j'ai tout fait pour passer le moins de temps possible dans cet hĂŽtel, juste dormir. Un cauchemar!!

The property is in an excellent position, convenient for everything, the guy running it was very, very helpful throughout, if you want luxury this is not the place for you BUT we enjoyed it very much and would recommend this for anyone looking for a good base to get around. Choosed the Hotel because it's right in the old town, so everything is walkable and compared to other hotels it was simply cheaper. Therefore not much expectations. Had a room on the last floor. Constantly tripping little water in the bathroom, so that the floor was always wet. In general pretty small room with a tiny bathroom. Not surprisingly in the old town. So enough for me solo travelling but for sure not a good fit for a couple or if you expect a bit more from a hotel.

Ikke la deg skremme av den trange litt shaby resepsjonen. Rommenne er romslige, rene og med god AC. Frokosten var ganske enkel og skuffende, men servissen og rommene var bra ift pris. Og plasseringen er jo helt nydelig, i en trang koselig gate i gamlebyen!

Fantastiskt centralt lÀge i gamla stan, men dÄlig service och lÄg standard. Rummet var slitet och nÄgot ofrÀsh (dÄlig ventilation och AC). Dörren till rummet saknade handtag, men gick att lÄsa med nyckel. Servicen vid frukosten var usel, skulle serveras mellan 9-10, men var inte pÄ plats förrÀn 9.30, för att ses dukas av före 10.

Les messieurs Ă  la rĂ©ception sont trĂšs aimables mais ça ne suffit pas. Nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  14h, la chambre n'Ă©tait pas prĂȘte, nous avons donc attendu 30 minutes. Ensuite, le petit dĂ©jeuner n'a pas pu nous ĂȘtre servi car nous partions Ă  7h30. Le taxi qui devait ĂȘtre appelĂ© ne l'a pas Ă©tĂ© ( c'Ă©tait bien spĂ©cifiĂ©). Quant Ă  la chambre, l'Ă©tat Ă©tait moyennement correct. De l'eau coulait de l'Ă©vier et du plafond au dessus de la douche ( ou est placĂ© le chauffaud ???? ). L'accĂšs Ă  internet Ă©tait difficile dans les chambres. La literie est trĂšs bonne et l'emplacement parfait.
