"Easy to get to from Düsseldorf HBF takes five minutes if using the U75 or U77 underground train. Check-in was now self check-in rather than a person behind the desk, it was straight forward but time consuming. Our room (621) was fine, a couple of minor issues but maintenance fixed straight away. ..."

"Great location - tram right outside and 5 mins walk from main station and Little Tokyo. I'm sensitive to noise but rooms were very soundproof. Staff all very helpful. "Very nice lobby and friendly staff who explained everything. Fancy smart elevator. Fridge in the room, nice space and comfortable bed. Two restaurants and a bar. Area was Japanese, but it was less than a mile to shopping and the Rhine."
