Hampton Inn & Suites Duluth North/Mall Area
"Stayed Fri and Sat. Wasn't too happy about coming back to an uncleaned room on Sat after a day of being out. Told staff that housekeeping didnt even go in our room and was shrugged off. Why am I paying the same rate as everyone else if I have to clean my own room, beds, garbage, towels etc? Oh well. ..."

"THIS PHOTO OF THE ROOM IS NOT WHAT WE GOT. I PAID FOR A ROOM FOR 5, & WE GOT A KING BED AND AN OLD DISGUSTING SOFA BED, good for 4 people ~~~ They said we could get a "roll-away" for the 5th person for an EXTRA $10 ~~~ certainly not part of the deal.. The check in lady would NOT get a very high rating ..."
