This place was very clean, well maintained for an older hotel and the beds were so comfortable.
The receptionists are very nice/warm welcoming.
Great location to everything in downtown Duluth, I would stay here again.
Excellent place to stay. Clean and quiet and has all the necessary amenities. No it’s not a 5-star hotel but if you need a place to stay in the area you can’t go wrong staying here.
Brandi was so helpful when we checked in. She seemd to really care about why we were visiting Duluth and gave us several great suggestions on getting around town.
The facility was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very efficient.
We would definitely stay here again!
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. We were just looking for a place with comfy beds to stay the night. Beds were very comfortable, there was a nice dog area where I could let my dog out as well. Breakfast was not great but I really just need a cup of coffee. We did not try the pool area so I cannot comment on that . I would stay again
Pet spaces. Many places say pet friendly but few have outdoor space with the size and diverse walking area adjacent to their hotel as this location-wonderful size and extremely well lit.
Great location, close to restaurants, shopping. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was great lots of parking space. Breakfast I can't comment on. We were planning to get a little something, but when we arrived there was nothing left. The food was never restocked. Breakfast was from 6 am- 10 am we arrived at 9:30 am. So, I suggest arriving early if you plan to have breakfast. Overall, it was a good experience. We may book here again in the future if we are in the area.
The room was a standard 2 queen room. It was clean and comfortable. It was located near shops and restaurants. Easy to find. The only thing that was a concern for us was the smell of chlorine from the pool outside of the pool area. For anyone with breathing issues, chlorine can be make it much more challenging. Fortunately the chlorine smell did not travel to our room.
Room was clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Husband and I take advantage of two beds in a room and each sleep in one vs together. Room was quiet, although we did stay on a Tuesday night, so not a lot going on except for construction workers. Breakfast was appreciated. Husband filled up travel mug for coffee and ran out. We tried to find a worker to notify, but wasn't able to.
