Lift Bridge Lodge, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The staff gave us a great recommendation for a local restaurant. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food. The room was very clean and everything worked. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Duluth."

Park Point Marina Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Good breakfast buffet. We liked the shuttle service and spacious room."
Beacon Pointe on Lake Superior
8/10 Good
"I enjoyed the stay at beacon point. They had free grab and go breakfast and the coffee was absolutely great! I know my coffee.. lol and they had snacks and s’mores and it was a very comfortable environment. We had a beautiful view of the lake and it was breathtaking. I would highly recommend this place. Me and my husband will be back."
The Suites Hotel at Waterfront Plaza
10/10 Excellent
"This location was perfect. The parking was fantastic. The room was very nice, clean and delightful. Staff was excellent. The only suggestion would be to add grab bars in the shower for older folks. Also the hot water seemed to fade in and out during showering."
The Lakeview Guesthouse
10/10 Excellent
"New apartments with full kitchen in a great location and priced better than some of the hotels. We parked on the street for free. Check-in took longer than we wanted and access code came after the 4:00 check-in. I don't know how new it is, but I think they are just getting the procedures worked out."
Hostel du Nord
8/10 Good
"Great experience. If you have an understanding of what a hostel is (it’s not an actual hotel), you won’t be disappointed in the accommodations. You’re paying for the bed; all the rest is communal spaces. You can interact with others as much as you want, but if you want to just be alone it’s in your sleeping pod with the curtain closed. Areas were clean. Linens were clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were too flat for my personal preferences, but I used my towel for a little lift. Stairs to sleeping spaces, so be aware if that’s an issue for you. It was hard to locate from the front - the door is small and unobtrusive. Took me a few passes in my car, until I finally looked at the street number and counted my way down. The whole space isn’t labeled with a big sign, just the name above the door. And if you go in from the front, there are a bunch of stairs to climb. Overall, I would stay here again"
