The Space:
Mardan is a detached property resting within the village of Southerness. This all-ground-floor property comes with two double bedrooms and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, sleeping up to four people. Completing the interior is a kitchen and a sitting/dining room. Outside, there is off-road parking and a large lawn garden with furniture. Mardan is a superb base for exploring this corner of Scotland. Please Note: The pool and other local facilities are not managed by the property owner and availability is out of their control. Information such as seasonal opening times should be researched directly ahead of booking.
The Neighborhood:
Southerness is a small village overlooking Solway Firth, and forms part of the Colvend coast. Within the village you will find a choice of two pubs, a village store, a leisure centre with a pool and two miles of sandy beaches. the Southerness Championship Golf Course offers views of the Solway Firth, the Cumbrian Lake District to the south.
