While dated, all your basic needs are taken care of. The entrance to the unit is a patio style glass sliding door, so you have a wide open view of the parking lot, and vice versa. The bed was comfortable. The TV included a good selection of cable channels. Within easy walking distance of the Dunedin Botanic Garden, Tuhura Otago Museum, and many restaurants.

Close to Otago Uni and many places to eat. Older unit but comfortable. Shower was definitely the low point.

The cleanliness, condition and service of the hotel were very good. Unfortunately the lack of double glazing in the bedroom meant the all night parties across the street, made it very difficult to sleep.

Older but well kept, free assigned parking, helpful friendly staff, close to all restaurants, walk to botanical gardens (maybe not at night as there was a lot of garbage on the street that way so not sure of safety), close to university, comfy bed, traffic noise at night but stopped by 11ish.
