Spa was really good… quite busy but nice. Rooms clean and very comfortable. The lift wasn’t working which didn’t affect us but maybe others. Service at breakfast was excellent and Dot is an asset to the hotel with her welcome, information and personality…. A lovely stay in a beautiful setting. 😁

Lovely hotel and surroundings, would happily visit again, especially got breakfast. The only let down is the gym is accessed via the pool, and overlooks the poolside which made for a not so relaxing swim with all the late teens coming and going. I think they must let non hotel guests use it aswell which let it down because of how loud they were jumping in and out the pool.

The staff were very friendly. It’s was also a relaxing venue. The views from the Hotel were beautiful. The town is lovely and only a short walk. The room was nice and the shower/bath was very good. The breakfasts were excellent. We ate in the hotel on one occasion and the meal was poor and seriously over priced.

Excellent staff from before check in and all through our stay, Gareth especially, the way he is always on the ball, if needs be the jacket comes off and he will serve behind the bar. We booked for a long weekend in December and had a lovely break. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, from welcoming us at reception to chatting at breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was immaculate. We had dinner at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the food, not to mention the attentive service. The hotel grounds are outstanding , with the River Tay running through. We will be back.
