"Beautiful location but very tired. Great location just outside of Bath but the hotel is very dated and needs a refurb. Rooms are clean but dark wood furniture and bathroom facilities definitely need an update. Breakfast was average in a very old fashioned dining area and buffer layout was amateurish compared with modern hotels. That said, lovely location and great pub at the bottom of the driveway!"
