appartement bien ? mais accés escalier dur dur pour personnes de plus de 70 ans la cuisine bien mais manque de bonnes poeles et bidons pour cuisiner ?et des couteaux qui coupent !

Slecht onderhouden appartement

Er zijn veel dingen aan vervanging toe, wat de naam bank heeft is een palet met een kleedje. Eethoekzitting zitten los van de poten,laminaat mist stukken. Gaten in de muur van missende roe met gordijnen, klok die niet loopt in woonkamer, in de slaapkamer hangt een fitting daar moet je het mee doen. Het hele appartement heeft een opknapbeurt nodig snap niet dat VRBO met dit soort appartementen verbonden wilt zijn.

Horrible

Nous devions passer 4 nuits dans ce logement pour raison professionnelle, nous avons fuit après 1 nuit.Le logement est sale , pas entretenu.Il y a des traces d'humidité et le papier se décolle.Un des volets roulants du séjour est HS en position fermée.Concernant la literie, Impossible de dormir compte tenu la qualité déplorable de la literie. Le matelas s'affaisse.Nous avons essayé d'appeler le propriétaire le lendemain mais le numéro ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons donc laissé un message pour dire que nous partions suite à notre mécontentement. Pas de réaction du propriétaire sinon un " pardon???"Ce comportement n'est pas acceptable.Aucune indemnisation ne nous a été proposée.Pour moi ,ce logement est insalubre et n'a pas sa place sur la plateforme Abritel.Sandrine

Agencement super mais ménage laisse à désirer

Nous avons passer un petit week-end dans l’appartement. Appartement très bien agencés en revanche le nettoyage laisse à désirer. La housse de couette a était retourné pour cacher la tache de salle , le frigo n’en parlons même pas .Nous avons voulu utiliser le Tupperware pour mettre nos reste dedans, heureusement qu’on s’en n’est pas servie . Il y avait encore des traces de nourriture de la personne précédente. Ont n’a voulu se servir du four pas moyen le four était tellement salle qu’il c’est mit a fumer noir et faire un bruit pas possible .

appartement propre , situé près de bcp de lieux intéressants de Dunkerque ,6 mn en voiture de la plage,dunkerque centre bref tout est proche !
