We loved our stay at the cabin. The host was very easy to get a hold of and also helped us secure very yummy, local meat which was ready for us in the fridge when we arrived. We had four adults in total and the cabin felt like a perfect size for two couples. We LOVED being able to watch the meteor shower out on the deck. Overall very peaceful stay!
Awsome all the way around. Location is good if you are going to glacier national park. The whole propety is thoughtfully decorated. Every amenitie you would need is there. It was hard to leave to go to glacier national park, just wanted to hang out at the cabin. Kiley communicated thoroughly and clearly. I recommend talking to Kiley about steaks from coulee cuts. They were very good. Overall great place. Highly recomend. Dont think twice bout locking this place down for your stay in the area.
We absolutely loved staying on 14 acres in a log cabin in a small town in Montana. What a fun experience! My kids loved the record player and the puzzles, we enjoyed the horses next door, we enjoyed sitting outside with the fire at night and the view of the mountains. We drove back and forth to East Glacier both days we were there. It was a little over an hour but it was worth it. The Little restaurant, Buffalo Joe's, was very close and offered wonderful food and the best service we've had in a long time. We were impressed. I would recommend having all your food before you get there as the little store in town was never open when we were there. The cabin is well equipped and we were glad that there was laundry available. It was a very relaxing stay. We wish we could have stayed longer.
I almost didn't write this review, but my conscience wouldn't let me NOT write it.
The cabin appeared as described. I would have loved to know the history of the cabin. Also, Kylie was amazing and was the best part of our stay. She was willing to go above and beyond the call of duty
I am stunned, however, that none of the reviewers commented on the two most obvious issues....flies and the water.
Each night when we arrived we were met with a whole new crop of flies (50+). Luckily two flyswatters were available. Leaving the bedroom doors closed helped to keep them out of your face at night. Also, we bought painters tape and taped up the cracks between the windows. That helped, but not completely. But, it is located in the country with cattle surrounding so this is likely not an uncommon issue (just not a welcome one).
But, the water alone would be the reason for a poor review. When we arrived the water had a sulphur smell to it (we assumed it was well water). By the end of our ten day stay it smelled like dead fish. Fortunately, we had a Zero water pitcher and a water purifier. I had to filter twice in the pitcher before running it through the purifier. I had to throw the filter from my pitcher away after using it only for those ten days.
One last thing....there's really not any place to unpack your clothes. There is a dresser in the master bedroom, but it's almost full of bed linens. There are some shelves in the hallway where the W/D are located that are about 6" deep.
It's a little longer drive to the park, but the peace and quiet, lack of traffic, and the locals made this a beautiful and memorable stay. It's a slice of tranquil Montana ranch life.
This a beautiful cabin even better than the pictures! Great for a relaxing getaway with a spectacular views. The cabin was perfectly clean and tidy with plenty of extra bedding. The owner was very nice and provided a coyple hiking suggestions for our family also there is a great restaurant not far at Buffalo Joes very good food! Greatly recommend this cabin!! Look no further!

Wonderful cabin!
Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this unique cabin! This was a great place to stay while visiting Glacier National Park. The beds were comfortable and the house gave us plenty of room to spread out. We loved having little prairie dogs to watch outside, as well as seeing antelope running in the field a few times. The best part is the quiet and dark skies. We love star watching... And out there we can see so much more! What a great place to stay!
We have been staying at this rental for several years and absolutely love the location, views, ambience, quiet and eating at Buffalo Joe's (we were here before Buffalo Joes opened). The Rocky Mountain Front is breathtaking and the views from the cabin capture it all. We call it "our church."
Thank you for opening the cabin again. - Mike & Carlene

A little piece of heaven
The views and peacefulness of this cabin was just perfect! From sunrise to sunset we were just in awe of this property’s beauty! Our family of 6 plus golden retriever loved our time spent here while visiting Glacier Nat’l Park. The horses (Link and Sulley) were fun to watch and feed. Host, Kylie, is so friendly and helpful! The cabin was very clean and so many personal touches!!! We highly recommend this cabin if you are in search of a little piece of heaven!
The pictures don't do this place justice. It is a really nice place to stay if you're looking for remote. We loved it! So cute the way it's decorated and set up! The main bedroom really gave us a picture view of that BIG Montana sky! We came up to visit Glacier Park, but coming back each night there was great! We even ordered steaks thru them directly and they dropped them off to our fridge while we were gone! Perfect! We loved having some little guests outside to watch! A few prairie dogs were around, adorable! One morning I looked out the window and 3 antelope were running across the field. Just wonderful! If we're ever back up this way, we'll come back to this cabin!
The cabin was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. The Mountain View and hundreds of mule and white tail deer made it hard to pack up and head home. The cabin was plenty big enough for all of us and our dogs loved all the room to roam outside. The horses next door were a pleasant suprise. We are already planning our next trip out there with a much longer stay!!
I was nervous pulling up to this property, but it ended up being the cutest little house on the prairie! Updated in all the right places. If you are looking for a secluded, off the beaten path place to spend a couple days, this is your spot. Come prepared the closest grocery stores are a bit of a jaunt away, but don't miss the Coulee Cuts (BEST STEAK I HAVE EVER EATEN)!
We were looking for a great spot to enjoy the secluded nature while visiting Glacier National Park. The cabin is clean and updated, we enjoyed a campfire at night, and our kids were amazed by how many stars we could see! To enjoy the milkway and shooting stars along with the wildlife in the area was amazing! If in the area, I suggest a trip to swift reservoir as well!
Stayed at cabin while visiting east side of Glacier NP. Enjoyed the cabin. Pics are accurate. Cabin had all the necessities and then some. WIFI was strong and allowed us to work as well. The property manager communicated well with us and the directions to the cabin were spot on.
We look forward to returning to cabin and GNP in future.
Looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most stunning places on earth? This is it. My wife and I are writers. We wrote in the mornings and explored the backside of Glacier Park, people free. And there were two young grizzlies in the field across the road on our last morning. Definitely going back!
All I can say is wow , property has such amazing views of the Rocky Mountain Front. The owners were very kind they offered to bring us anything we needed. Including steaks from there butcher. And the cabin is the perfect get away highly recommended we will be doing this on a yearly basis Thanks again.
