About this property
Beautiful Apartment With Great Views In The Colorado Countryside.
- Our ranch is located in the Animas Valley approx. twelve miles south of Durango. It has great views of the river valley from the apartment deck. Enjoy the peace and quiet from this wonderful apartment. Fishing and road biking can be done right out the front door, or just relax on the deck and take it all in!
Prepare gourmet meals in a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all part of one "Great room" so it's perfect for entertaining and dinner parties.
Both bedrooms have queen beds. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows to cozy up with too.
We do not have cable TV, but there is free TV, Wi Fi, Apple TV, and lots of DVD movies are available for your enjoyment.
