Colorado summers are typically mild, and the home stays comfortable with a built-in evaporative cooler in the main living area, new high-efficiency A/C in the master and private guest quarters, and an additional portable unit. Fans and operable windows allow fresh mountain air throughout.

You vacation home has three separate entrances all with the same 4-digit code unique just for your stay! Also, on the 1st floor there is a full-sized WASHER and full-sized DRYER for your use! During the winter months, we advise all-wheel or 4-wheel drive due to the gravel driveway.

Other things to note
An OPTIONAL HOT TUB is also available—After booking, you will be asked to complete a mandatory waiver and a $75 cleaning fee apply if you choose to use the hot tub.
