Room was very clean. The hotel is attached to a mall so also very convenient. The breakfast was simple and nice to have. My only recommendation would be a safe in the room and an extra blanket.

The receptionist at the lobby counter was really rude when i came in to check in my room, and i asked him a question if they had a microwave in the lobby and he gave me an attitude with an answer. He supposably couldnā€™t find my room i had booked and he was giving me a hard time, i didnā€™t get his name but heā€™s the one who checked us in and out and very disrespectful. I always come to this hotel when i stay in durango because of the good service and nice rooms and this makes me not want to return i hope this gets fixed.
