Head downtown for shopping and local cuisine.

At home, you’ll find an open, spacious living area with high ceilings, abundant natural light, rustic mountaineering gear, a cozy woodstove, and a comfortable leather couch to sink into while you stream the latest release or watch a movie on the DVD player. The chef will love the full, well-equipped kitchen, and everyone can sit down for a meal together at the adjacent dining table or grab a snack at the breakfast bar. At the end of the day, head into nearby Hermosa for dinner or down to Durango, around 13 miles away. Conveniently, this condo is a 6-minute drive away from PJ's Gourmet Market for delicious treats and food essentials. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
