I loved the balcony overlooking the river and the path along the river. Did not offer a free breakfast, but there was a restaurant onsite. The staff were exceptionally nice. The room was spacious.

Classic Colorado Cabin on the Florida River - 20 Minutes to Downtown Durango
The view off patio was great, flowing water was so relaxing. House was well equipped and we had a good stay.
