"Nice hotel"

"This is a great hotel, but it's vastly overpriced. Let's just it did not meet the expectations you'd have for a $417 a night room (after taxes). Our check-in experience was also subpar as it definitely felt like she felt like we weren't good enough to be there. We were also charged for using a mini-bar item that we never even touched. Room service was great and the room service staff were exceptional. "

"The staff was amazing and extremely kind. The sheets and bathroom were clean but there were what looked like vomit stains on our curtains. The plate for the door lock was missing. I should have told the front desk but we were only there for a few hours to sleep before our plane took off. I didn’t sleep much because I didn’t feel safe since it was just a mom and son in a room that was missing part of the lock, plus the room next to us at the end of the hall had a missing door knob. It just felt sketchy. "

"Clean and affordable hotel with a standard breakfast. The room itself was fine and generally well kept for the price. However, the pillows were thick and very hard. After sleeping on them, I developed neck pain and eventually had to visit a chiropractor to fix it. This was the only major downside, but it significantly affected the stay."

"Beautiful building. TV’s aren’t smart TV’s and no option for movie rentals. No fan’s in bathrooms & no usb ports for charging devices. Beds are very comfortable. "
