A great location for myself who was using the railway station next door quite often to travel around the city and to nearby cities and the surrounding areas. Also very comfortable beds and the rooms were quite spacious for our needs. I also found the staff working on the reception to be very helpful.

This Apartment Hotel is super handy for exploring Dusseldorf and surrounding cities as it's next to the main train station, plus there are trams and buses. The property itself is modern and the studio apartments have everything you need, whether staying for a few nights or longer. Check in and out was quick and easy. One thing to bear in mind is that the room is cleaned every 3 days, not every day like a standard hotel.

I really appreciate the manager’s help during my stay. He was extremely helpful in solving our parking problem today. I lost my parking ticket, and he kindly called the parking company for us. When that didn’t work, he even drove his own car back into the garage and let us use his ticket to pay and exit. It’s a pity I don’t know the manager’s name, but his kindness and dedication truly made a difference.

This was my first stay at the Adina and it was way better than expected. Location is perfect to get to the train station and take the metro anywhere you need. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The mattress was the best I ever laid on in a hotel bed. Will come back again!

We booked a one-week stay at Adina Apartment Hotel Düsseldorf on short notice due to the messe. The staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. When we entered the room, there was a strong mold smell, and we noticed blood stains on the bathroom wall, which I reported to the front desk — but no one ever came to clean it. We were traveling with a baby and a dog, and the room was never cleaned until Friday, despite repeated complaints. When I asked about it, I was told rooms are cleaned every three days, which is completely unreasonable for families staying a full week. We had to deal with dirty towels and trash for most of our stay. On top of that, we had a leak under the bathroom sink, and the air conditioning wasn’t working, forcing us to keep the window open all night — which meant constant train noise from the nearby Hauptbahnhof. Finally, when I asked to extend our stay, I was told the hotel was fully booked, yet Expedia still showed available rooms — a frustrating and misleading situation. For the price we paid, this stay was absolutely not worth it. The property is poorly maintained, housekeeping is inconsistent, and basic amenities were not functioning properly. Unless you’re looking for a very budget-level experience and can overlook these issues, I would not recommend staying here.

Very conveniently located next to the train station, lots of food and shop options around. Personnel were very nice and responsive. Room was very well equipped, with a fridge, stove, espresso coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes and cups, and even a dishwasher! It had a small sofa to relax and a table to have your meals. Bathroom was very clean and all working perfectly. Only three observations: the selection of TV channels, which are mostly aimed a German-European audience, and very little for others (CNN was listed but not working). No movies. the bed and pillows were not nice with on my back, and the AC was not working. However, overall a great choice, would stay again.

Conveniently located hotel

Adina is just beside the Main train station which is very convenient to move around. Room is spacious as compared to others. It has good swimming pool and gym facilities.

Quick one-night business trip and the Adina was perfect. 50 meters from the main entrance to the train station, but with the windows closed, I heard no noise. Good selection of food for breakfast.

I really like the location, which makes it super easy to move. Main train station is just a couple of minute walk. Main shopping area is just 15 min walk. What i like the most that the apartment has all the basic amenities needed. Pool, sauna and well equipped gym.

Fantastic location! Footsteps away from the train station. The staff are super friendly. Nice hotel with a pool and fitness room. Extra bonus! Rooms were air conditioned and comfortable. Again it was an extra bonus. Hard to find hotels with air conditioning. Great restaurants in walking distance.
