Great location for walking around Düsseldorf, especially shopping. Less than a couple of hundred feet from the Ko-bogen shopping center, and a 3 minute stroll to Konigsallee high end stores. Room was fine, the included breakfast was awesome, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

Der Checkin (und -out) lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen und Ansprüchen: Sauber mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, um die Stadt zu erkunden; nur das Parken im öffentlichen Parkhaus ist hierdurch sehr teuer (33€/Tag), was aber vorher bekannt war.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Probleme gibt es beim parken und Koffer ausladen. Dieses ist während der normalen Geschäftszeiten nicht möglich. Wir haben ein Zimmer zum Innenhof bekommen. Der Ausblick war schlimm. Überall Dreck und Klimaanlagen. Doch das Schlimmste war der Geräuschpegel. Ich habe das Servicepersonal sofort auf den Umstand aufmerksam gemacht aber das Hotel sei voll da müsste ich durch Nicht wirklich hilfreich und nett. Bei einem Hotel das mit Schallisolierung wirbt sollte man anderes erwarten können als bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht schlafen zu können. Das Frühstück war ok. Leider war die Auswahl für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sehr eingeschränkt. Wenig Auswahl was allerdings auch an der kleinen Anzahl an Zimmern liegen mag. Wir würden uns nicht noch einmal für dieses Hotel entscheiden.

Goede locatie op de kerstmarkt, dit voordeel heeft ook een nadeel want 's morgens rond kwart voor zeven begint het schoonmaken en uitladen en hier wordt je echt wel wakker van. Ook veel herrie 's nachts van uitgaanspubliek. Ik had een extra bed op de kamer voor mijn 17 jarige zoon. Dit was echter een gammel opklapbed met een super dun matras. Continu zakte je door de lattenbodem heen en het sliep voor geen meter. En dat voor €60 extra per nacht! Prima ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.
