Location to train station good. Reception was supposed to be open till 10pm , but when I arrived at 9:15pm the whole place was in darkness, there was a number on the door to ring , but nobody answered, eventually I got a text with a key code and details of how to access the hotel from the rear of the building. Not good when it’s dark and your in a strange country.

hotel fatiscente, personale veramente scortese ma soprattutto scorretto , overbooking su alcune camere senza avvisare il cliente, camera sporche e senza dotazione di asciugamani, hotel da non consigliare e da non vendere, chiamando direttamente in hotel per avere la certezza degli orari di apertura del check in e parlando anche in tedesco, dopo mille chiamate a vuoto,il receptionist ci ha chiuso il telefono in faccia senza darci l'informazione. HOTEL PESSIMO SU TUTTI GLI ASPETTI!!

Katastrofe, på grense til svindel....

Lobby er nesten ok, for å ta det positive først. Men denne er berre open/bemanna frå 10-11 til 19-20 cirka. Resten av tida må ein nytte ein bak utgang som fører til ei bakgate. Heisa er tvilsom. Trapp og gang er trang og uoversiktlig. Romma er marginalt større enn eit bøttekott og skittent. Senga var heller ikkje god. Badet såg skittetn og lite innbydande ut. Handuken hang opp etter eit rør og eg tok ikkje sjansen på å bruke handuk og dusj. Der var søppel i søppelbøtta. Totalt sett vart eg ikkje overbevist om at rommet var reingjort frå forige brukar. Min kolega seier: "dinna prisen der for dissa skiten bøttekotta der ekje på grensa til svindel, de e svindel" Anbefaler å ikkje bruke dette hotelet i det heile

滞在時は、メッセがあったらしく ホテルもこの時期には予約が取りにくいと 到着してから、知人より聞きました。 中央駅まで近いのできめましたが 部屋のが汚ない、前の客のゴミが残っていたり掃除も出来ていない様子でした。

Gebucht hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, weiches auf den Fotos ganz ordentlich aussah. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, welches ganz schrecklich war : altes Bett, schlechte Lage im Erdgeschoss direkt auf der Straße, kein Toilettenpapier und keine Handseife, schmutzige Bettwäsche, die ganze Nacht über wurde sich unterhalten und Türen geknallt - es war unmöglich dort zu schlafen. Den Haupteingang konnten wir gar nicht nutzen, da die Zwischentür abgeschlossen wurde. Schlechteste Erfahrung bislang

Not honest!

Warning! I have encourage Hotel.com to do nvestigate this hotel! Upon booking it said reception open to 22:00! By 20:30 I came to hotel! Totally closed down! Dark and no light whatsoever! Inside Dörr a posted Number! No answer! Neighbour told me that there are nobody there! He advised to walk about 800 M round the block for an emergency exit and try o find someone. Around the 800 M I made a second attempt. An operator told me to go back to the front door! She told me outside glass doors are a key box. I told her it’s totally dark! I can not set 4 numbers correct! - She wanted me to use an smartphone to get light! I told her “ Can you not ev n provide light on top of your designated key Box! I’m afraid I want my money back. Operatorguaranteed me money will not be charged! Next day I found money was deducted my account! I called and operator said it will be paid back! Booking through Hotels.com 17/09

夜はマスターキーで入るのですが、裏口から入らなければなりません。 もともと、治安のあまり良くない地域ですので、 夜の裏路地を歩くのは勇気がいるかもしれません。 エクスペディアから予約は取れていたのですが、 支払いはされていないと、現地でも宿代を払うことになりました。 エクスペディアに電話しましたが、30分待ってもつながらなかったので諦めました。 これはエクスペディア側の問題かもしれません。 クレジットカードは機械が壊れているので使えませんでした。 翌日はフロントの人が電車の遅延で45分遅れて、ホテルが機能していませんでした。もちろんチェックアウトもできません。早めに出る場合は前日に確認したほうがいいと思います。

This is a bad feedback

The hotel room looked like it was cleaned in a hurry, the thermostat didn't work and the form with the negative feedback of the last guest was still there to be read. There was an announcement regarding breakfast until 9am, but there were no hotel workers in the hotel before 9am. Terrible cellphone service inside the room and the hotel wifi was also terrible.

Cheap but would not recommend...

On arrival I was given a room which had clearly not been cleaned. The lady at reception did acknowledge her mistake, and I was given a new room. The rooms were very dated. No password for the wifi was provided, and when I tried to call the reception, I noticed while there was a list of phone numbers and extensions provided in the room, there was no phone. I called the number using my mobile, but I was told that the reception was closed and they could not help.
