"The staffs were excellent! Front desk and kitchen staffs very accommodating. The housekeepers were excellent as well. Room very clean. The property is old and worn. Could use an upgrade on amenities such as bar soap, no body lotion. "

"Upon arrival to my room, I noticed the door was cracked open and a man was inside. I assume he was apart of housekeeping but he didn’t clarify. So that was weird! My room floor needed vacuuming, which I did report to the front desk, along with the man in my room, but nothing was resolved by them. I didn’t have internet access in the television, which I did report. They provided free breakfast, but it was never resolved. The room felt older than described in the website. Spent time at the pool, but didn’t go in since it looked dirty. I love the area for the shopping and restaurant options, but for the price of the rooms, I’m still undecided if it’s worth it for next time. I will be spending lots more time in San Jose since my niece attends Santa Clara and may have to look for another hotel."
