"We enjoyed our stay at Sercotel Portales. It is in a great location, within a few minutes’ walk to many restaurants, bars and shops. The room was clean, with comfortable bedding, but there was a distinct smell of smoke, particularly in the bathroom, which led us to believe that this may either have been a smoking room (even if we requested non-smoking) or that previous guests ignored the non-smoking directive. Because we could open the window, we were able to “air” out the place, and enjoy it. The bad smell was ultimately a minor inconvenience. We recommend this hotel. "

He and his mother are truly genuine people who care about their guests! My husband and I were traveling around Spain for 19 days and this was the most magical time of our trip! We relaxed in the yard, walked around to nearby villages and felt very welcome and enjoyed it very much! I highly recommend if you are looking to unwind and disconnect for a relaxing treat in a small historical village! "
