"Check in smooth. Staff is friendly, Only problem was the hallway to casino closed. They did have a shuttle for the 2 block walk. Temperature outside was very cold so we used the shuttle."

"Overall the hotel was better than the reviews. Waterpark needs some painting but kids don’t care. Beds were comfortable with rooms very clean. A full breakfast was nice with a large family. Very accommodating with kids activities in and out of the waterpark area. Front desk was very nice and helpful. They put our family all together which made the trip even more fun and convenient with small children "

"The room was ok. I dont need fancy. The p-tac unit made a noise like a bearing was going out. When I went to the restaurant/bar there was a game on and all of the guys at the bar were dropping f bombs every in every sentence. I saw a couple with kids come in and they stayed about two minutes. I ate and got out of there fast as I could. I am a combat veteran and I have heard it all, but this was completely out of line. They actually need to warn anyone with children to stay out of there!!!"
