"Clean room"

"Solo stay 2 nights, great location on seafront, 20 mts walk from station. Clean room, good size, comfortable bed, shower fine, minor annoyance with finding sockets. Breakfast excellent, great choice of hot items."

"Lovely staff but hôtel is quite down-at-heel. Probably wouldn’t go back."

"The room was OK not complaining but the curtains need cleaning also i know it would be dificult but the outside windows are really dirty , The reception staff were very polite and helpfull Would stay again also recomend the hotel If i stayed again i would ask to look at room 222 to see if you have taken on board my comments or has this just been a waist of my time Thanks again"

"We had a very pleasant two-night stay thanks to being made to feel so welcome by our hosts, Rosie and James. Contact beforehand was great with a super demo video on how to enter the hotel. Rosie was a lovely host; her local recommendations were top-notch and truly made our trip. "Excellent location with a unique and beautiful building at sea front and staffed with helpful and friendly employees from reception to housekeeping. Mr. Cesar at the breakfast dining stands out as a very helpful and welcoming professional person."

"Central location to everywhere and great facility to dine in or dine out. Clean and reasonable costs."

"nice friendly place with a good atmosphere and a pleasant bedroom"

"Clean room. Nice quirky hotel/guest house. Good location. Helpful friendly staff on arrival. No front desk but WhatsApp contact details given. Air conditioning unit very noisy and cannot use without the window open. Good for a stay in the cooler weather out of season but wouldn’t recommend for the weather we are currently having. Ear plugs were supplied by the hotel but I don’t find them comfortable to wear to sleep. I would definitely stay again just not in August."

"Lovely hotel, good staff and nice food/wine. Only negative was the cost of nearby parking at £44 per night - apparently normal for this part of Brighton."

"Beautiful studio in an absolute excellent location. Can’t wait to come back!!"

"Great funky hotel, retro hotel in beautiful building, I absolutely loved this hotel, great shopping and I could see the sea from my balcony, close to everything, shops, pier, bus stop, 15/10, loved loved everything."
