The formal dining room has seating for 10 which opens outdoors to a massive brand new mahogany deck. The outdoor entertaining space has a barbecue grill, and outdoor living room perfect for those picture perfect Hamptons summer afternoons. The large park like back yard is perfect for croquet or all those fun summer yard games.
