"My only complaint had nothing to do with the hotel or staff who were both amazing, helpful and kind. The New Bedford PD must do more about the surrounding area. I witnessed a huge fight with multiple police cars (after the fact), was followed to my parked car by a person asking for money (8am on a Monday holiday) and sirens and altercations throughout the evenings that we stayed. Again, the hotel was clean. The staff was kind and helpful.. I would stay there again, just be aware of your surroundings and I hope the local PD can step it up."

"We had an amazing time!! My two young girls LOVED the theme pool and arcade. My husband and I loved the gym. And we all loved the lobby and room. Heather at the front desk was so helpful and kind we I called multiple times with questions before arriving so I was happy to meet her in person when we checked in. She was just as helpful in person. 5 stars all around! Cant wait to return in the future!"

"The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled like cigarettes, there was no lotion, no hair dryer, people were standing under the windows smoking and it was very audible."
