"All employees are well mannered to hotel guests. Hotel security held the best they could provide. Very convenient to dine and shop in the same area, from supermarkets to bakeries, fancy coffee shops, and spa. A gym room is at the third floor. Self help laundry room is available. Room service personnel are honest, they would not take any tips, unless you hand it in by yourself in person. I felt safe to leave my personal belongings including passport in the room. More than adequate ac is on, and could be adjust for your need. I would suggest the temperature of the hot water could be a bit higher (with a safety control device knob). If return, would definitely utilize the same place."

"Very nice hotel. Close to the airport. I stayed overnight because of the long layover for my connecting flight. The regular shuttle between the airport and the hotel was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent - Lots of great choices."
