"Our school and a couple other took over this hotel for a regional basketball tournament. At the same time there was some really bad weather causing some unexpected guests as well. The staff did a great job handling the high volume of guests. Even breakfast was well prepared with the large volumes of guests."

"Overall excellent, but I noticed two things that need improvement. First, the heater, air conditioner/heater seemed to be working independently of the thermostat. I finally got the temperature to be comfortable, but it required a lot of experimentation. Also, there was snow and ice outside the exit that was not addressed in a timely fashion. I almost fell as I was exiting the first time in the morning. That was at 9:00AM."
