"Right on the water with views . Long pier to watch sunsets. Pool clean and right on water and open till 1 am. Older room but clean. Only disappointment was breakfast. Yogurt , coffee, apples. Mini waffles , hard boiled eggs. Tiny sealed OJ cups. Should have muffins and danish at least for choices."

"Decent reasonably priced accommodation. The options for food walks f distance are limited to gassy food but there is a local diner that looks like it’s been there since the 60s a 5 min drive away we went to. Popular with the locals."

"The room was great and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was very polite both at the check in and the check out process. Check in time is at 4pm. If staying at the Anchor Inn you must check in and out the Marina Bay front desk. The plus is that you can use the amenities at the Marina Bay hotel, and the Marina Bay also has a restaurant, bar, pool, and breakfast in the morning."

"We only had one night at the end, and we are already planning our next trip back. Our room was right, comfortable, and spacious. We sat out on the dock in the Adirondack chairs, watched boats pass by, a beautiful sunset, and used our binoculars to watch the birds in the sanctuary across the Inlet. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent stay! Staff was helpful and friendly at check in. Room was clean and well laid out. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were a bit too soft and mushy, but that is personal preference. Breakfast was hot tasty and well stocked. We were able to charge our EV at the 2 Tesla Universal chargers, which can charge both NACS (Tesla connector) as well as J1772 vehicles. Ample parking. The view out the back over the water is great!"
Chincoteague Bay RV Resort & Cottages

"Overall we enjoyed our visit. The cottage with a rooftop balcony was modern inside. The shower was great! View was pretty cool. It’s close to good food options and nice little shops, like Sundial Books. Like all places, there are pros and cons. Some of the cons, the bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable and the sink in the bathroom backed up quickly. Also, on the second day we had a small ant issue. Would recommend for couples and a family up to four people."
