Excellent Property in a beautiful region of France

Five 60ish cycling fans visiting for the Tour De France. Excellent property in a beautiful area especially if you are interested in cycling / hiking. Only down side is the opening days and times of local restaurants which caught us out a bit but the house is very well equipped and as we are all keen cooks then this wasn't a problem for us but may be for some. Not that much to do for kids. All in all an excellent trip and I would highly recommend the property for a similar group of people.

Un excellent séjour

Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille dans la maison de Claire. Le cadre est idyllique et reposant. La maison est bien située, à 1/2h maximum des grands sites de Bourgogne : Dijon, Hospices de Beaune… Nous avons donc pu facilement visiter la région sans passer des heures sur la route. Mais les environs directs sont aussi à voir. Pour le plaisir simple de respirer l’air de la campagne et admirer des paysages préservés. Belles couleurs d’automne ! La maison de Claire est très agréable avec sa grande baie vitrée qui donne sur le jardin. Et parfaite pour se retrouver en famille et cuisiner des bons petits plats. Confort +++ et calme absolu. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Semaine de VTT en Bourgogne

Lors de ce séjour, nous étions 4 adultes pour faire du VTT dans cette belle région de Bourgogne. Le gite est vraiment bien place pour ce genre d'activité, comme la marche, VTT ou visite de caves ou farniente. Concernant la propriétaire, c'est une personne charmante, qui est toujours à l'écoute de ces locataires. Le logement est aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Il est propre, au calme et grâce à une grande baie vitrée très lumineux. Le jardin est également accessible en toute liberté. Nous conseillons cet endroit

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in abwechslungsreicher Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Maison Althaus sehr genossen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt für Ausflüge mit dem E-Bike und für kurze Wandertouren. Es gibt viele kleine und größere Sehenswürdigkeiten ganz in der Nähe (erreichbar mit dem Fahhrad) und in bis zu 1 h Entfernung mit dem Auto. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und angenehm sauber. Wir durften den Garten benutzen und Claire hat uns mit selbst geerntetem Obst verwöhnt.

A Cozy Haven for a Restful Stopover

Our one-night stay at this cottage was just what we needed for our journey back to the Netherlands. We were warmly welcomed and given clear instructions upon arrival. The house was impeccably clean, and the owner was incredibly friendly. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and thanks to the roll-down shutters, the room was beautifully dark, making for a peaceful night's sleep. Although we didn't have much time to explore the surroundings, the location seemed fantastic. Even with our limited view, we could tell that the setting was something special. All in all, our short stay here was a delightful experience. From the warm reception to the comfortable amenities and the serene atmosphere, this cottage provided the perfect resting spot for our journey. We're grateful for the hospitality and would definitely consider returning for a longer visit in the future.

Zeer rustgevende omgeving

Wie op zoek is naar rust en natuur is daar op de juiste plek. Mooi en zeer proper huis. Claire was zeer vriendelijk, maar de communicatie was wat moeilijk soms omdat wij niet goed frans spreken. Ook de late check-in vonden we iets minder handig. We hebben echter wel genoten van ons verblijf.

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans le gîte de Claire. Super accueil. Le gîte est spacieux et confortable. Bien équipé et avec une déco soignée. L'emplacement est idéal pour les grimpeurs (ce qui était notre cas). A 10 min de Saffres, 40 de Cormot par exemple. Un lac à 5 min permet de varier les activités. Bref, nous recommandons à 100%.
