"Chalé no alto da montanha, muito espaçoso e confortável. Café da manhã servido na cesta, no horário que você programar. Simples, mas suficiente. Para incrementar, levamos algumas coisas de casa, como chá, bolachas, mais frutas etc. como sugestão, poderia ter uma máquina de café expresso no chalé. Tem uma cafeteira, e pô de café de cortesia. Lugar maravilhoso! Acesso rústico e um pouco longe do centro, mas vale o charme do passeio. Tiago nos atendeu e ficou a disposição o tempo todo. Parabéns...

"The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We brought our dog on the trip with us and they were very accommodating. Their food is outstanding. Besides breakfast, we had dinner at the hotel one night and they served the best salmon I’ve ever had. We will definitely come back next time we go to Campos do Jordao. "

Breakfast is very good and varied even if not exactly mindblowing.
Acoustic isolation is not great and you can hear other guests and housecleaning often.
Room is good although not luxurious. No power outlets near beds (there's only one used for the lamp) is a major inconvenience."

Lovely hotel and nicely decorated
In the heart if Capivari and easy access to the main visitors attractions
Great prices at the bar 15 reias for a caipirinha and it was lush
Our room was huge with a kitchen a sitting room and dining area. Bathroom was adequate and shower works fine.
Bedroom was spacious and no loud noise and well blacked out. Large TV with plenty of channels.
Good facilities saunas X 2 and warm pool
Games room was empty most of the time but a canny pool table and air hockey to play
Gyme at the back of the car park a little run down but does the job
Open fire in the entrance foyer is lovely to sit by at night
Large lounge area too to watch football or other with friends
Only very few negatives
Bed rock solid so be aware to fluff up a couple of pillows to not wake up with pains
Take your own iron
Laundry can get expensive
All in all really happy we chose this hotel
