A cosy, bright, high-ceilinged two bedroom apartment close to everything Edinburgh has to offer. The apartment is located in Canonmills, with many cafes, shops and restaurants on the doorstep, and it's only a 10 minute walk to the city centre, the Stockbridge markets and the beautiful Botanic Gardens.
You will have access to the entire place, where one bedroom has a double bed with a shower room, and the other has a king size bed.
The living room is spacious and the kitchen has everything you will need, including a Nespresso machine.
There is a supermarket right across the road from the apartment, as well as another around the corner.
[EXCLUDING AIRBNB] Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term let regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
The verification must be complete within 72 hours of booking and in the case of a same day check-in, completion is required within 2 hours of booking. Please note, if you do not complete the guest verification process or the requirements are not met, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
