We had a great stay at this property! The location was amazing, the check-in/out process was smooth, and the apartment was exactly as pictured. Very clean and quiet. Great, fast communication as well. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had an excellent stay in the flat and it had everything we needed. The location is perfect for getting into Old Town, Dean Village, and for restaurants located all around it. We would highly recommend this flat and the property managers were responsive great to work with.
We enjoyed the location. It was easy walking distance to most things or easy to grab an uber. Great coffee shops and restaurants right out our door. We had a good stay. Thank you.

Close to a lot of popular places. Great spot, close to bus lines and trams. Easy to walk around. We had issue using the washing machine and the back room that had a bathroom smelled extremely foul upon arrival and throughout the stay which was difficult.
Property is perfectly located 15min walk from any major attraction, 10 min walk to grocery store a lot of cafe and restaurants under 5 min walk. 2 decent size bedroom with confortable beds, 2 big bathroom (1 located in 1 of the bedrooms) Very quiet spot.Would highly recommend worth every dollar spent!!! its 15 min walk from waverley station train.
Loved how close the flat was to all the major Edinburgh sites and attractions. Flat was represented well in the pictures and was clean and tidy. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Loved the welcome box with various coffee and tea necessities. Only draw back was only have one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. We had to go out and by more. Overall, a lovely flat to stay in that met all our needs.
Convenient location, comfortable layout, well equipped. We all enjoyed this flat very much.
The stairs were a bit challenging with suitcases.
Hopefully the lock on the bathroom door is fixed, It was scary being locked inside. The washer door needs fixing as well.
All in all we would recommend this property and will look forward to returning some day.

The apartment is very spacious and well located. It was very clean and well stocked. Only hiccub was with check in. I had to call to get the code for the lock box. The apartment was not ready at designated check-in time. However, when I called the host I got a person each time. Other than that, the place was wonderful and I would recommend it.
Great location and very comfortable with good facilities. Quiet at night streetwise. Only noise came from very loud air con fans outside bedroom windows which meant we didn't open the windows. Not a problem in January but might be in summer, if youre sensitivite to noise. Pillows in the main bedroom all down feathers, comfy but a bit prickly, might need an extra cover.
The apartment was immaculate was located in a very nice area and convenient. The only drawback we found with the apartment is the 48 steps to reach the front door. It was clearly indicated in the description just didn’t think how challenging it would be to haul heavy suitcases up the stairs
