PLEASE NOTE: Council Tax and Wi-Fi internet connection are included in the price but Gas and Electricity aren't. There are double glazing safety windows and it will not be expensive but obviously this will depend on yourself. It can be as little as 60£ a month on summer to 110£ a month in winter.
