Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, our apartment offers peace and quiet while being just a short stroll from a fantastic array of local shops, cafes, and restaurants. The Water of Leith walkway and cycle route is nearby, perfect for scenic strolls or cycling into the city. Leith’s vibrant food scene, including the Shore's Michelin-starred restaurants and trendy bistros, is easily accessible by foot or bike. You’ll also find great public transport options—bus stops just outside take you directly to Edinburgh's city centre, which is less than two miles away.
Getting Around
Bus services: Direct connections via the 10 and 36 buses right outside connecting you to the city centre and train stations, with other major routes a short walk away
Tram stop: Offering faster access to the city and airport (15 minute walk away).
Easy road access to the Forth Road Bridge, City Bypass, and M8, making it an ideal base for exploring further afield.
Note: The apartment is on the third floor without a lift.
Whether you're here for a city break, a family holiday, or a work trip, our Bonnington apartment is the perfect spot to relax and explore everything Edinburgh has to offer. Guests will have access to the whole apartment. We are available 24/7 for any queries you may have.
[EXCLUDING AIRBNB] Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term let regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
The verification must be complete within 72 hours of booking and in the case of a same day check-in, completion is required within 2 hours of booking. Please note, if you do not complete the guest verification process or the requirements are not met, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
