Sehr schlechte Erfahrung – nicht empfehlenswert Leider war mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Simsek eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Obwohl ich über Expedia gebucht und die Unterkunft bereits bezahlt hatte, wurde vor Ort behauptet, dass die Zahlung nicht angekommen sei. Dadurch wurde mir unnötiger Stress gemacht und ich hatte das Gefühl, als Gast nicht ernst genommen zu werden. Besonders enttäuschend war der unfreundliche Umgang mit mir. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurde sehr unhöflich reagiert, als ich erwähnt habe, dass ich über Expedia gebucht habe. Statt mir bei der Klärung des Problems zu helfen, wurde die Situation unnötig schwierig gemacht. Sie haben mich 2 mal gefragt was ich dafür bezahlt habe. Es war sehr unangenehm für mich. Ich erwarte von einem Hotel, dass eine bestätigte und bezahlte Expedia-Buchung problemlos akzeptiert wird und dass Gäste respektvoll behandelt werden. Leider war das hier überhaupt nicht der Fall. Für mich war es eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und werde dort definitiv nicht mehr buchen. Auch der Zustand des Zimmers bzw. Badezimmers ist für mich absolut nicht auf dem Niveau eines 3-Sterne-Hotels: * Die Duschtür lässt sich nicht richtig schließen. * Der Abfluss ist verstopft bzw. läuft sehr schlecht ab, sodass man nicht vernünftig duschen kann. * Der WC-Deckel ist locker und wackelt. * Insgesamt macht das Badezimmer einen schlecht gepflegten und nicht ordentlichen Eindruck. Ich finde, dass dieses Hotel kei

Trotz einer Familienzimmer Buchung wollte man uns ein Doppelzimmer mit einem Zustellbett geben, nach Rücksprache hat man sich entschuldigt und das Familienzimmer mit einer Defekten Zimmer Türe die sich nicht abschließen ließ angeboten. Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, habe ich eigene Sicherheitsmethoden ergriffen. Würde jedoch das Hotel nicht mehr buchen und besuchen.
