Front desk staff is friendly & helpful.
The room was somewhat shabby & the bathroom was even more so, with prior guest’s hair still stuck to the tub/shower wall. Tub itself was grimy & the floor of the tub doesn’t even have a flat bottom, so that standing on it while showering was an exercise in balancing! Also, the toilet itself is so low to the floor, if you have any knee or hip issues, good luck standing up.
I stayed two nights. The 1st one, at 2:30am the smoke/fire alarm sounded! I rushed outside while the FD arrived to find a false alarm apparently triggered by a damaged smoke detector in a room that was being renovated earlier that day (the contractor obviously didn’t use the plastic dust shield during their work which then destroys the sensor from the dust in the air). Then… night two - smoke alarm AGAIN at 1:45am!
Free breakfast?? Not worth getting up for some tasteless potatoes & egg substitute. You’ll do much better paying for a decent one at McDonald’s a block away.
“Quality Inn???” No way. I want my money back.
