Situated in Koludden, between nature reserves and the sparkling Lake Erken, this house offers the ideal setting for an active vacation full of nature experiences, where there is also time for relaxation. Cozy corners, homely furniture, a spacious kitchen for cooking together and the successful interplay of traditional and modern elements create a feel-good atmosphere. Return here after your excursions, make yourself comfortable at the dining table and chat about the day's experiences over a cup of coffee.



Step out of the kitchen onto the terrace and round off a great day's vacation with a delicious meal from the communal barbecue. The fenced property is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers plenty of space to play and relax.



Not far from the house you will find Lake Erkensee, which is perfect for swimming on warm summer days. In the nature reserves Hammaren, Lohärad-Svartkärret, Vågsjön, Bellberget and Tre backar you can experience the nature of Roslagen on beautiful hiking trails. You can also stroll through the old town of Norrtälje or visit the Viking village of Storholmen, an open-air archaeological museum, and experience the Viking Age with all your senses.
