Clean and comfortable accomodations. Quiet. Only complaint was the wife thought the water did not get hot enough to take a hot bath. Fun surroundings with farm atmosphere and peaceful area.

Lovely place to stay! The owners are fabulous and the surroundings (working vineyard & farm) are beautiful. Mine was only a one night stay but would love to revisit when I have more time. Hi speed internet worked great. Bed was amazingly comfortable & there was a kitchenette with table & chairs. Huge closet, full size fridge & microwave. The front porch is a delight. I was on a fast trip to look for horses in Bath, NC. It was well worth the 40 minute drive. Would have loved to ride the free ferry back but the departure times didn’t work for me. Bring your own snacks! There isn’t a whole lot as far as restaurants in a 15 minute radius that were open on a Sunday night. Local gas station in Aurora was nice & I was able to fill my tank as well. 5 stars, would love to visit again!!!
