"Loved my stay here. The hotel is very chic, clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is more spacious than most Paris hotels, and the shower was large with great heating and water pressure. Breakfast was fine/good. The staff was kind enough to bake a gluten-free bread for me because I have celiac. Having access to a coffee/espresso machine in the room was great. The location is perfect and I think a great price for the location. I'd stay here again and would reccomend it to others. "

"If our actual room was anything close to the view depicted on the promo image, we might have enjoyed our stay more. They tried to charge us almost 1,700 Euros more to get the room we thought we had booked. Our balcony had an internal view of a solid wall; no street view at all. The desk staff were very helpful, but upper management were not! Our unit had a very small kitchenette, which is great, except that the hot-top didn't work. And on the 5th night the power to our entire unit went out. Pitch black. They found us a temp unit that night, told us just to take what we needed for the night, and then in the morning management told us that we were supposed to have packed up everything and moved to the new unit. How do you do that when it's pitch black, you can't see anything, and when you are told not to worry about collecting anything but the necessities. Plus, when I was out trying to sit at the balcony, my back chair leg slipped right thru the flooring, and my chair flipped me over backwards against the wall. Upper Management were not cooperative with anything."

"This is my 2nd time staying and won’t be the last. The rooms are generous for Paris, modern & exceptionally clean. The breakfast is the best I’ve had in Paris with everything available that you could want. The pool sauna & steam room are a real bonus and wonderful after a long day in Paris Finally the staff are always friendly and go above and beyond. It’s my 3rd stay at astotel 2nd time here and I won’t stay anywhere else. Looking forward to returning here "

"The 2 twin beds and the sleeper sofa had really firm beds. No pillow top. The bathroom was cleaned very well. The location is right in the heart of lots of Asian food places. We did not have breakfast. The room key stays with hotel and then you pick it up upon your return. The front desk gives you a key and you have to go downstairs in the tiny lift to drop off bags for storage if the room is not ready. Which means you have access to other people’s bags. Scary thought. I would stay here again and just not store my bags."

"Room is rather old. Location is nice, Opera and Galleries Lafayette are very close, Monoprix is next door. 15-20 minute walk to Tuileries. Price seemed a bit high, but perhaps that’s what you get in Paris."

"Location is perfect to go around the city with a lot of restaurants and bars all around. The hotel is under reconstruction. The social areas are limited, not bar inside hotel, no complementary water in the rooms, no body cream, or any regular items for a hotel of this class. Staff very kind and ready to help. Room service take too long to provide anything requested (i.e. 90 minutes to get a iron press). "

"Loved the Express Breakfast and an evening drink in the bar. Front desk and bar staff were lovely. Fernando was very helpful and responsive when we needed help with the lights. All around great experience."
