"This is my 2nd time staying and won’t be the last. The rooms are generous for Paris, modern & exceptionally clean. The breakfast is the best I’ve had in Paris with everything available that you could want. The pool sauna & steam room are a real bonus and wonderful after a long day in Paris Finally the staff are always friendly and go above and beyond. It’s my 3rd stay at astotel 2nd time here and I won’t stay anywhere else. Looking forward to returning here "

"The 2 twin beds and the sleeper sofa had really firm beds. No pillow top. The bathroom was cleaned very well. The location is right in the heart of lots of Asian food places. We did not have breakfast. The room key stays with hotel and then you pick it up upon your return. The front desk gives you a key and you have to go downstairs in the tiny lift to drop off bags for storage if the room is not ready. Which means you have access to other people’s bags. Scary thought. I would stay here again and just not store my bags."

"Room is rather old. Location is nice, Opera and Galleries Lafayette are very close, Monoprix is next door. 15-20 minute walk to Tuileries. Price seemed a bit high, but perhaps that’s what you get in Paris."

"Location is perfect to go around the city with a lot of restaurants and bars all around. The hotel is under reconstruction. The social areas are limited, not bar inside hotel, no complementary water in the rooms, no body cream, or any regular items for a hotel of this class. Staff very kind and ready to help. Room service take too long to provide anything requested (i.e. 90 minutes to get a iron press). "

"I would have given a 5 star if it were not for the check-in software-only process. Before arriving I received email instructions and attempted to follow it, until I was stopped when the software insisted that my home address was “invalid” - so upon arrival the front desk folk (Luis’s?) tried to get me through the check in link and was stopped at the same spot. When I showed him my US drivers license he was also convinced that the “filter” was acting up, and ended up putting me through (possibly moving me to live in another state as a result???). Well, too much automation makes fools of us humans, don’t we? Which makes it all the more depressing since I liked the apartment. Still wondering what software they licensed to use for the check in, and why it was so nosy as to where my home was…"

"Loved the Express Breakfast and an evening drink in the bar. Front desk and bar staff were lovely. Fernando was very helpful and responsive when we needed help with the lights. All around great experience."

"I was told by one employee that breakfast was included and a different employee charged me during my check out for said breakfast so I’m not sure what to make of that. Besides that everything was great."
