"This will be my third or fourth time staying at the Hard Rock Cafe hotel and casino. It’s my favorite hotel on the strip. The rooms are fabulous for the time we spend in them, This time I had a room with the Ocean view and it was beautiful. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Everything is easy and accessible and it’s just has a great atmosphere as soon as you walk into the lobby. The band that plays in the casino bar was fabulous. It’s just an all-around excellent experience and I highly recommend ."

"Took kids there for their first vacation to ac and love everything always stayed at Ballys every time my husband and I went so we wanted our 12 and 3 year old to experience ballys only downfall is the double beds wish they where queen size the room is big enough to fit queen size beds but the ocean view made up for the bed size just a little uncomfortable especially since my 3 year old is a wild sleeper."

"The elevator is very slow. During checkout time around 11-am u need extra time to get down to the main floor. Also the pool hours is only until 7-pm. Wish they can extend it longer since there is no lifeguard anyway no extra cost to the hotel."

"All good, except this week’s check-in wasn’t nearly as welcoming as last week when I had the most wonderful, personable, experienced person check me in. It made a fantastic first impression. However, when I checked in yesterday, the associates all had coats on, didn’t smile, and didn’t seem happy to be there. The jacket thing was weird. Please make it a little warmer in there so associates don’t have coats on. Also, please have your associates smile and appear happy and excited that we are there. Great hotels that know hospitality understand that an upbeat, pleasant first impression goes a very long way toward guest satisfaction."

"Only down fall about my room was so.e rooms had normal access with a separate door for view of the pool. Mine only had normal access however it was pool view on the second floor. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to my next stay there."

"this could be a perfect 5 out of 5, but the fact that you have to walk thru a smoke filled casino to get to restaurants is sickening...I get it, there are people that don't care about their heatlh or anyone elses, but maybe it's time to revisit the smoking policy and cater more to those that do! Also, don't waste your time at the slots...just make a check payable to MGM Resorts!😤"
